Shop Goodee is a modern e-commerce and delivery platform designed to simplify everyday shopping. Built with scalability and security in mind, the app connects customers to a wide range of local vendors — from restaurants and supermarkets to pharmacies and traditional markets.

On the mobile app, users can register, browse vendors by category, view menus or product lists, add items to their cart, place secure orders, and track their delivery status. Past orders are stored for easy reordering.

Behind the scenes, the admin dashboard allows for efficient management of vendors, agents, and customer orders. Vendors can upload and manage their products, while admins assign deliveries to agents, update order statuses, and monitor platform analytics such as sales performance, customer growth, and revenue.

The backend is powered by NestJS with MongoDB, providing a robust structure that supports role-based access (User, Vendor, Admin, Agent), product and order management, delivery tracking, notifications (push, email, SMS), and advanced analytics. Security protocols like JWT authentication, end-to-end encryption, and global data protection compliance ensure user trust.
