Fit Planner is an app for doing fitness and bodybuilding that replaces your workout notebook and simplifies your workout process. The app is fitness journal that allows you to plan your workouts, log your results and track your progress.
Study the muscles of the body using the interactive muscle map, as well as the exercises that train them.
Create your own training program, set a schedule for it and perform it with using the app.
During the training, the app will inform exercises, weights, reps and save statistics about the training.
The app contains the following sections:
Interactive muscle map
It is a human model in 3 views (front, side, back) with highlighted muscles. When you click on a muscle, the app will show its name and display a list of exercises that train it.
Training program editor
Allows you to create training programs. Training programs consist of training days. A training day contains a list of exercises and a color. The color is used to display the training day on the calendar.
Calendar
Displays performed and upcoming workouts. Training calendar notifies you of upcomming workouts and allows you to view training details.
Schedule
Allows you to set a training schedule for the selected training program. Training can take place on selected days of the week or after a certain number of days of rest.
Performing training
Displays the exercises of the training day. The user starts the exercise in the app before performing it. After performing the exercise he stops it in the app. This allows the app to save detailed information about the performance of the training, such as:
- performed exercises, their order, start and end time, weight, reps and rest after performing the exercise;
- the start and end time of the training;
- the length of the training;
- the performing time and the rest time.

Contain useful information about fitness such as:
- tips;
- facts;
- quotes;
- motivation.
