The idea of Dining Tek started when our co-founder Linda, was approached by a marketing client of hers, Jatin & Deepta. They asked if she and Dining Tek’s now co-founder, Jaspal, could find ways for them to promote their business, get more returning customers and stands out from other restaurants. They were tired of putting lots of money into on-line ordering companies because these tech companies would re-direct the customers back to themselves, not to the restaurant, despite Jatin & Deepta’s authentic Indian food.

This hit home with Jaspal as he spent his childhood in his father’s tea shop in India and knew first-hand the implications of the struggles that Jatin & Deepta had on their families.

They asked Linda & Jaspal to help them increase their sales, have more returning customers & give them better control of their own business. So Linda & Jaspal designed an end-to-end business support for them including social media marketing, online ordering systems & an app.

Within a year they had 200% growth in their business and within 2 years they were doing so well that they sold their restaurant. They were so happy that they provided us with 3 referrals right away.

Since then, Dining Tek has developed and refined it’s unique system to market in a highly targeted way while giving restaurants the ability to take online orders and have a personalized app under one umbrella.
