DipNET is a digital platform for authors, creators and rights holders to publish, authenticate and commercially exploit intellectual property products such as artworks, videos, music, software and other creative products.
DipNET helps simplify the process of publishing creations, protect legal ownership and provide transparent traceability of exploitation flows and profit sharing ratios among stakeholders.
Main functions:
• Product identification authentication: Each creative product is encrypted and assigned a unique identifier based on citizen information from the VNeID system, ensuring authenticity and non-duplication.
• Creation announcement: Allows authors to publish their products on DipNET, or authorize affiliated organizations such as RAR-IP, the Copyright Office, VCCA to carry out official protection procedures when needed.
• Product encryption and tracking: The system automatically encrypts and records the entire history and exploitation flow of the product, helping to clearly identify the origin and ownership.
• Tracing the exploitation flow and profit sharing: Record details of revenue streams, allocation rates and profit sharing values between authors, producers and exploiters.
• Copyright protection and infringement handling: Support the detection, reporting and removal of copyright-infringing content on digital platforms.
• Management of work portfolios: Track the publication status, encryption process and commercial exploitation history of each creative product.
