We have a Whatsapp based chatbot where user can register themselves and order different types of food items that are available to their address.
This App is mainly used by the vendors to see how many orders they have received on a particular day. And also the App shows the details about the Completed, Delivered orders.

And this App is also used by the Delivery guys. To see the list of orders that needs to be delivered.


Other Features: -
LIVE Agent - It also have capable to chat with multi-agent at the same time. Live-Agent is advanced chat feature for merchant user. They can use this app to directly interact with customer without switching to another Chatting application.
