About Us – From Brick & Mortar to Big Wheels
Back in September 2019, we opened Wing It On 49 in Jackson, California, serving up the finest hot wings in Amador County. But when 2020 hit us with the ol’ one-two punch (thanks, COVID), we made a game-changing move—we took our wings on the road!

By January 2021, Wing It On Wheels was born, letting us bring our crispy, saucy, made-with-love wings straight to YOU. Since then, we’ve been slinging wings at events, fairs, and festivals across the region, racking up awards, loyal fans, and a whole lotta sauce-covered napkins along the way.
