ASEAN TOP, a digital information service platform, is one of most important projects of China-ASEAN. It aims to integrate information, Vmedia, streaming, online games, e-commerce, mobile payment and other functions. It was launched in the Kingdom of Cambodia in January 2018. In September of the same year, Guangxi ASEAN Network Technology Co., Ltd., the main implementing agency of the project, joined hands with relevant Cambodian institutions to jointly initiate the establishment of ASEAN TOP NEWS, which mainly provides news in Chinese, English and other languages for the audiences in ASEAN countries, China and other countries (regions). Its main goals is to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between ASEAN countries and China, and also provide all-round investment services for ASEAN countries, CHINA, local governments and enterprises. The platform is known for its versality, covering a variety of services and providing users with a full range of information and entertainment experiences.
