An application that allows owners who have an account in the Dobovo.com system:
 - manage the availability schedule
 - monitor all current bookings
 - receive notifications about events in the account (new bookings, changes, etc.)
 - communicate with clients - confirm / reject apartment availability upon request
 - accept reservations without prepayment (this function must be enabled in the account)
 - view all customer contact information in confirmed bookings
