1. Login:

At your consultation you will receive a 6-digit TAN from your practice with which you can log in at the agreed appointment and take a seat in the virtual waiting room. The appointment and tan will also be sent to you by SMS and email if required.

2. Data exchange:

Quickly exchange important documents such as sick notes or prescriptions with your doctor by accessing their gallery. Your data is transmitted securely and encrypted.

The TeleDoc video consultation was checked for the Internet Privacy Standards IPS and received the seal of approval.
