Kampung Paduan Rajawali is an area managed by the Department of Transmigration, the origin of the population from the local transmigration relocation in 1982 from the area of ​​origin of South Lampung, Central Lampung, and the trans-insertion of the Tulang Bawang Indigenous.

Administratively, the government of Kampung Paduan Rajawali was established in 1982 and is still the area of ​​Tulang Bawang, North Lampung Regency. In 2007 Kampung Paduan Rajawali was included in the Meraksa Aji District. With a total of 700 families, a total of 2,252 people, and an area of ​​846 ha. With the following limits:
