- Reworked the edit logic. Long press opens a separate page instead of editing inside the list. I moved the confirm button around so that it is obvious and never covered by the keyboard when you're editing the tracker.
- Added the ability to delete individual trackers while editing them. Be very careful with this button as I have not yet added an "are you sure?" prompt and tapping it will instantly delete the tracker. It's a small button so hopefully hard to hit accidentally.
