How to Earn Points

The Decortec Loyalty Program is aimed at customers who can register with their CPF to participate in the program.

By registering, you have already earned 100 points and for every R$1.00 spent, you will earn 1 point.

Access the prize store with password and login and complete your registration in My Data and earn 10 more points!

You can also earn points by referring a friend, you will earn 10 points when the referred person makes their first purchase.

Another way to earn points is by answering our satisfaction survey.



point redemption

In order to exchange Program Points for products or discounts, the participant must reach the minimum number of points required.
No changes will be allowed after requesting redemption of points.

The participant must inform the CPF and present an identification document, taking the voucher number that was generated when redeeming the prize.

The points used in the redemption will be automatically debited in the system
The use of points/benefits must be scheduled in advance within 7 days, according to the schedules defined and made available by the establishment.

Each unit will register its customers and the points must be used only in the registered unit.



Validity of Points

Accumulated points will be valid for 12 months after the date of the last purchase.
