DWAYA is a space that ensures professional interconnection between pharmacists who are members of the national territory.
It is a platform dedicated only to dispensing pharmacists established in Algeria. It is a virtual space that brings together pharmacists up to date with their SNAPO contributions. It allows the exchange of expired pharmaceutical products and even low turnover products.
The user of the platform can register online as a member. He can, if necessary, modify certain data appearing on his profile. He must fill in his personal data correctly and truthfully and is, therefore, responsible for the completeness and accuracy of his information.
The user must therefore keep his profile up to date himself. He is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his e-mail address and password.
To validate the account of the pharmacist who requested registration on the platform, he must:
- prove their status as a dispensary pharmacist based in Algeria;
- justify that he is up to date with his SNAPO contributions;
- pay the annual rights to access the platform;
- accept these conditions of use.
The platform offers member pharmacists the possibility of consulting the publications of pharmaceutical products offered for exchange by members.
The publications include the offers and requests for exchanges of products posted by pharmacists, taking into account recently added publications as well as reported emergencies.
On the platform's Home page, the publications (Offers / Requests) recently added by members as well as those reported urgently are visible. The consultation, in the first place of this page, will allow the pharmacist to satisfy his research and help the colleague who deposited the publication to sell, as quickly as possible, the products offered or to obtain the products he needs.
By clicking on the icons of recently added or urgently reported publications, the user will automatically be redirected to another page which has the most details on the publication (Offers / Requests).
The platform page called Publications has an “Offer” icon. By pressing this window, the pharmacist can view the offers published by the members on the national territory. The most recent offers are visible first.
In the "Publication" page, there is a second "Requests" icon. It is a window that allows the pharmacist to consult the requests published by colleagues on national territory. The most recent requests are visible first.
The platform will be equipped with the possibility of filtering publications (Offers / Requests) by:
- Pharmacist;
- Drug ;
- Wilaya;
- Common.
The second page of the platform has an “Add a publication” icon. It allows the pharmacist to post publications himself, (Offers / Requests), as needed.
The publication mentions:
- the name of the drug and dci;
- the quantity (Qty);
- the expiry date (DDP) for the offers;
- the pharmacist's name;
- the address of the pharmacy;
- contacts (Mobil, fix, SMS and email);
- the date of publication.
The “Profile” page allows pharmacists to manage their profile and view current publications. He has the possibility of treating them by:
- the deletion of publications (Offers / Requests) which have found their subject;
- modification of the quantities of partially honored publications.
