Our Property Management System features an android based Software used as the primary tool for the Western Area Rural District Council's (WARDC) Municipal rates collection project along the peninsular.

It features data collection, storage, billing and analytics; and a GIS module that captures GIS data for a digital register we are building alongside the primary activity of municipal rates assessment and collection. The aforementioned feature facilitates a digital addressing system with location services and navigation of and to properties.
