Account Verification:
The first step is to verify your account upon registering as a driver. This involves providing essential details such as car information, driver's license details, email, mobile, first name, and last name. This step is essential to ensure our delivery network's security and reliability.

Route Assignment:
Once the account is verified, our dedicated admin team assigns delivery routes based on factors such as location through Google Maps. This ensures that each driver is assigned a route that aligns with their location, optimizing the delivery process.

Real-time Route Tracking:
As drivers embark on their assigned routes, they can utilize our real-time tracking feature to navigate efficiently through integrating different APIs, such as DIRECTION API and MAP API. This helps drivers reach their destinations promptly.

Completed Route List:
Upon completing a delivery route, the details are automatically updated in the "Complete Route List." This feature allows drivers and administrators to keep track of completed deliveries, providing a transparent and accountable system.

Account Management:
The "My Account" section empowers drivers to manage their profiles effectively. Drivers can check the scheduled Route, write a message to the admin, add and delete vehicles, change passwords, and delete the account through the Delete account. This ensures that driver profiles are always up-to-date.

Availability Status:
To optimize route allocation, drivers can change their status from "Not Available" to "Available" and vice versa.This feature allows administrators to allocate routes only to ready and willing drivers to take on new assignments.

Sign Out:
For security and privacy purposes, drivers can quickly sign out of their accounts when not actively using the app. By doing this, you can ensure that only those with permission can access sensitive data by adding an additional layer of security.

Notifications:
Drivers receive timely notifications about route assignments, updates, and important announcements. This ensures that everyone in the delivery network stays informed and can respond promptly to any changes or updates.

We understand that questions may arise, so our dedicated support is available to assist drivers with any concerns or queries through the mail-in contact option in my account.
