Smart Sauda enables traders and manufacturers to create trading contracts for any item.
Users can add their organisations using GST or PAN number and can create 3 types of contracts:

1. Buying contracts - Any organisation can create a contract to buy items from a seller.

2. Selling contracts - Any seller can create a contract to sell items to an organisation.

3. Broker contracts - A broker can create brokerage contract with buyer and seller.


It is easy and secure to use. Just fill your organisation details, the items you deal in and create digital contracts with a few clicks. Once the contract is generated, it is sent to the other organisation, who can preview the contract and accept or reject the contract.

Once the contract is final, the seller can upload the shipping or transportation details and when the buyer receives the shipment he can digitally give the receiving of the shipment by marking the shipment as received.
