1. Emotional Freedom (THE QUICK SOUND)
Listen to the bilateral sound at medium volume with your eyes closed while you focus on breathing. Connect and pay attention to the thought, the emotion or the area of the body that bothers you and exhale from there while you relax the muscles, you stop stressing and you resist what bothers you. It allows the emotion to start freely, develop and extinguish by itself without stopping the natural process.
2. Relaxation (THE SLOW SOUND)
Listen to bilateral sound at medium volume with closed eyes to rest, nap or sleep.
