★ What applies to this helpline
1. Guaranteed anonymity
This system does not create or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be tracked and anonymity is guaranteed.
2. Enhanced security
This system is equipped with a firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS), and security control is in effect 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 3. Report storage and access rights
Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle's security server for security reasons, and only the person in charge who has the authority to process the report can access them.
★ Notes
- After submitting the report or inquiry, please make sure to take note of the unique number (6 digits) assigned to you, and check the processing confirmation after a few days to check the response and progress of the auditor.
- Be careful not to expose yourself. When writing a report, be careful not to reveal any circumstances that could lead to guessing who you are.
