You can make your inquiry via the website or app
• Access via the website: Enter your card number and, for the first login, use your full CPF (without punctuation). Then create your password of 6 to 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.
• Via the app: download the app, click on "first access" and follow the registration instructions.
