Sintrainagronline is the first virtual union radio station in Colombia, born from the heart of the agricultural labor movement: Sintrainagro, the National Union of Agricultural Industry Workers. It emerged as a space for alternative, participatory, and educational communication, serving rural communities, farmworkers, and their families.
The station was created in the context of the celebration of Sintrainagro's first 50 years, as a living tribute to the struggle, dignity, and organization of those who have painstakingly sown the country's future. Based in Apartadó, Urabá region, and present in seven departments of the country, Sintrainagronline is a platform of expression, memory, and hope for working people.
This medium is not only a voice for telling the stories of the countryside, but also a school of popular communication, training new generations of rural leaders, journalists, and storytellers. We are guided by the certainty that words are seeds and that the microphone is a tool for social transformation.
