By making cash payments, a vehicle can use any lane at toll plazas. However, the RFID will only
work in the FASTag lanes. Vehicles without a valid FASTag will be charged in cash twice the
applicable toll amount.FASTag is presently operational at 450+ toll plazas across National
Highways. More toll plazas will be brought under the FASTag program in the future.
