With the Dyckerhoff customer portal app you can order your concrete online at any time, receive an overview of your active construction sites and view the respective order status and your invoices. Order and delivery status changes can be received via push notifications on your mobile device.
You will receive initial access to the customer portal through your well-known Dyckerhoff sales representative. This also sets up the current construction sites to be supplied with the address and storage of the types of concrete specified in the contract. Immediately afterwards you can then request and track concrete deliveries around the clock and even on weekends. These are processed during the dispatcher’s usual business hours.
Once you have received the access data and then registered your user, the use of the Dyckerhoff customer portal is not tied to a specific device; It runs equally on a computer in a current web browser, on a smartphone or even a tablet.
