This application is for the exclusive use of patients who are part of a clinical study. Your doctor must have proposed participation in the study and you must have given your informed consent to participate in it.

The ESCALAS application aims to help you complete information about your health status from your home.
Your study doctor will be able to access these data and know the results of your health questionnaires and contact you if necessary.
The application may also send you notices and reminder messages regarding the scales you must complete.

This application does not replace the usual consultations in your health center and neither is it an emergency service. If you need urgent health care, you must go to the emergency service of the health centers or hospitals that correspond to you.
