This application is exclusively for patients who are part of a clinical study. Your doctor must have proposed participation in the study and you must have given your informed consent to participate in the study.
 
The application aims to help you complete information about your health status from home.
Your study doctor will be able to access these data and thus know the results of your health questionnaires and contact you if necessary.
The application may also send you reminders and reminder messages regarding the scales you must complete.
 
This application does not replace the usual consultations in your health center and is not an emergency service. If you need emergency health care, you should go to the emergency department of the health centers or hospitals that apply to you.
