Greensboro Builders Association presents this year’s Greensboro Parade of Homes! The annual Parade of Homes, offered in the spring and fall, provides an opportunity to see a variety of homes and communities, as well as meet and talk with area builders. New this year, you can access virtual tours of all Parade homes on the GBA website.

Our Fall Parade of Homes will be held October 10-11 & October 17-18, 2020. Newly constructed homes will be on tour throughout Greensboro & Guilford County. Admission is FREE.

All Parade homes will be showcased in the mobile app…please note that some are virtual tour only.
