The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cleveland produces a Fall Parade of Homes each year in September. The Parade highlights New Homes and includes everything from urban contemporary town homes to spacious French colonials and everything in between.

Model homes are located throughout northeast Ohio with prices ranging from $373,900 to $4,000,000. Homebuyers planning to buy a brand-new house often cite energy efficiency, open layout, a warranty, and selecting appliances, flooring, and colors as factors driving their choice.
