Eats is a virtual marketplace Platform that connects hungry Eaters with third-party service providers, including local restaurants, other food preparation entities and independent delivery service providers. Eaters may order food through the Platform to be delivered from particular Restaurants, including their authorized licensees and franchisees, or other purveyors of food in islands throughout the Maldives.

The Eats Platform provides its Restaurants with this App for management of incoming orders and table bookings.

The Applications provide the following features for the Restaurant’s convenience:

Order Management
• Receive customer orders real-time in your mobile
• Receive orders with Android push notification
• Accept or decline orders
• Assign orders to Driver
• Change order status
• Pull down features to load new orders
• Separate tabs for today’s order, pending orders and all orders
• View order history
• Search order by id or by customer name

Booking Management
• Receive table bookings real-time in your mobile
• Receive table bookings with Android push notification
• Accept or decline table bookings
• View table booking history

Merchant Settings Management
• Option to close restaurant and disable ordering
• Option to enable or disable table booking
