LUCENT's Story:
LUCENT, our brainchild, developed like every other online marketplace, with the hope of breaking all the inconveniences while shopping online. We were the generation that observed the development of online marketplaces and e-commerce sites. But some things caught our eyes in the process of making our lives convenient, and that was quality control and faster delivery. And we thought of including the new artistic generation while forming our marketplace.
After compiling all our thoughts on making the perfect online marketplace of Bangladesh, we started our journey to build its first convenient online marketplace. LUCENT, a website where every customer would find their desired products without the headache of the quality when receiving the product, and relieving their stress over the delivery time.

In search of the ideal online marketplace in Bangladesh, we found many gaps required to be filled. We want to try our best to satisfy our customers with the best quality control, fastest delivery, and price match guarantee. We plan on only placing direct manufacturers or authorized dealers in our marketplace. That is how we plan to ensure the best quality products for our consumers. Moreover, we encourage our employees to work with a sense of ownership that enables them to quickly reach decisions, making the work process efficient. But we know being efficient won't satisfy our stockholders, so we approve every decision through open discussions and try to select the most effective one.
