AVSAR (Application for Voluntary Service After Retirement from Railways) has been developed in-house by Railway volunteers to mitigate the demand-supply gap between ex-Railway employees and the relevant industries seeking experienced retired Railway employees. All willing Retired Railway employees can register themselves on this app with requisite details about their education, work experience, expertise, preferred geographies and expected remuneration. Admins on receiving requirements/requests from relevant industries will pass on the job details to the concerned users after filtering on the basis of core expertise. Users will have access to those requirements in their profile on the app.

The user friendly app, AVSAR is freely available to use and register to seek expected post-retirement employments. Admins will have access to various reports through a web page and can share job vacancies to such App users as and when they will match with user profiles.
