This groundbreaking initiative, leveraging a dedicated state application—a first of its kind—aims to dramatically accelerate the acquisition of key services, targeting a reduction of up to one month in processing times while significantly boosting overall service efficiency, drawing inspiration from global best practices.

Innovation extends to fostering financial inclusion through seamless electronic payment systems, ensuring long-term sustainability without placing additional strain on state resources. The project further simplifies service delivery through integrated single-window platforms catering to both domestic and international stakeholders. This comprehensive approach encompasses a wide spectrum of essential services, including private transfers, passport issuance, documentation, real estate registration, industrial development, social solidarity programs, judicial services, commercial registry, and diverse electronic payment solutions.
