The City Of Harlingen has launched a mobile app and service request system providing residents’ easy access to their government services—delivering an open, more accessible City Hall in the palm of citizens' hands, residents can now submit service requests, get information about city services, make online payments, and receive updates through their mobile devices. The "Harlingen, TX City App" Mobile App provides access to several city departments.
