This App allows you to fill in a very fast way the forms of Tactical Combat Casuality Care. Then you could share this data by any kind of Android Messaging App (like Whatsapp).

It also helps you performing Triage through Revised Traume Score forms, and records minimun health data.
This is not a complete app yet, but it is enough functional to be used.

The App is tested on Sony Xperia Z and it would not work well in any terminal with less than FullHD resolution.
