e-TIQH, Electronic Tool to Improve Quality of Health, is a digital, supportive supervision tool aimed at quality improvement of available healthcare services through various monitoring and reporting tools. The tool allows health system managers to provide more efficient supervision of the facilities under their umbrella, and allows them to provide real-time performance feedback to the health workers in these facilities through assessments and feedback, thereby enabling evidence-based planning. The app is integrated with various assessment forms, which are based on six themes, each covering an essential quality dimension, including physical environment and equipment; job expectations; professional knowledge and skills; management and administration of the facility; staff motivation; and client satisfaction.
