Currently for this application you have 2 options: to enable and disable the service,
When the service is enabled, whenever a new notification is received, it will be spoken out loud,
When the service is disabled, nothing shall be done when a new notification is received,

NB:
The notification text that will be spoken depends on the application where the notification was received from,
Some applications notifications can be not supported by this application
