Frame Pilates Studio offers a variety of group classes and training with BASI systems equipment throughout the day as well as outdoor training in the mornings.

Our philosophy is that exercise starts from the outside and continues inside. Days start with walking and running to feel the freedom of movement. We continue exercising using the Pilates method to improve the body’s expression and posture. Both important for a better quality of life.
