Kultivo is an application specifically designed for farmers, traders, factories, and end users (people who own or manage a downstream processing factory such as commercial feed factories, livestock farm facilities, etc., that buys dried crops from midstream processing factories) in Indonesia to facilitate communication, buying, and selling of corn. The app will serve as a digital platform to connect these stakeholders, streamlining the process of corn trading and enabling efficient and transparent transactions within the agricultural industry.
Sellers (such as Farmers/Traders/Factories) will be able to showcase their corn produce on the platform (Selling Listings), providing details such as their business type, size of the farm in case if they are farmers, quantity, and pricing. Buyers (such as Traders and Factories and End users), on the other hand, can browse through the listings and place orders for corn directly through the app. Buyers will be able to showcase their endeavored purchase details (Buying Listings) as well in which the Sellers can browse through the listings and engage for transactions. The platform will offer features such as real-time messaging and negotiation options, ensuring seamless communication between buyers and sellers. It will also generate the necessary documentation for the transaction, such as delivery receipt, delivery order, invoice, master contract, settlement appendix to the contract. The users can sign master contracts electronically.
