It is a project promoted by the Department for the Promotion of Small Business of the Manzanares City Council, designed by and for the commercial fabric of Manzanares, which has the collaboration of the Economic Promotion Area.

For its development and implementation, it has had the collaboration and financing of the Secretary of State for Trade of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union, the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and the Chamber of Commerce of Ciudad Real.
