“SMobile Solicitudes” is a cloud-based service of SVISION on-premises that allows send the maintenance requests to the SVISION program from any mobile device.
When reporting a maintenance request from a mobile device with “SMobile Solicitudes”, this request is registered on the SVISION program database, keeping the maintenance manager instantly informed on any request or eventuality. Also, you can attach a photo with the description of the fault or maintenance request.
“SMobile Solicitudes” is free for all users of the SVISION Enterprise. The Requests Service of the SVISION can be used for an unlimited number of users to report maintenance requests thru the “SMobile Solicitudes” app.
“SMobile Solicitudes” works only with the SVISION Enterprise edition. If you have purchased SVISION Basic or SVISION Professional, first of all, you must upgrade the SVISION program version to the SVISION Enterprise edition in order to use “SMobile Solicitudes”.
