In the application of the 5am Club of Latin America, each member of the Club (early riser) will be able to complete their quantitative and qualitative evaluation and keep an orderly record of their progress. You will be able to share your HOUR OF VICTORY and you will have access to everything you need to start your early morning routine.

About the 5am Club of Latin America

The 5am Club of Latin America is a community of personal growth that promotes the habit of training body, mind and spirit in the early morning hours. We promote this habit as a permanent lifestyle. Hundreds of early risers from this Club have confirmed that the comprehensive training they practice daily has positively transformed their lives.

This virtual community was founded on July 12, 2020. Latin American early risers and early risers located in 25 countries in America and Europe have registered.

Since its founding, the club has been organized by “Generations” who are guided during the first 40 days by Nadia Vado, Founding Guide of the 5am Club of Latin America. The generations operate indefinitely under the accompaniment of four volunteer moderators from the same group. Each generation is made up of men and women of all ages and of different nationalities.
