The App is distributed by Eni Plenitude Italia and allows you to manage your energy supplies and
pay the bills.
Access is simple: you can use the same credentials you use in the personal area of ​​the
portal. By selecting the "Stay connected" option, after the first access you will be able to enter
again in the App without entering your credentials: for three months the system will not ask you to
type the data.
If you are not registered, you can do it directly from the App.
What you can do in the App:
● Consult your bills: by activating the Digital Bill service you will also have the
possibility to view the bill in electronic format instead of the traditional format
paper.
● Download the bill file: the document will be opened in view only, but
it will still be possible to download to your device via
third-party applications. This feature ensures that Plenitude will not access photos,
multimedia content and files on the device.
● View your bills history: to view your past bills, simply select the
gas or electricity supply (if you have more than one) and choose what to display. You will
filter documents by period of interest or by payment status and find, eg
for example, bills that are still unpaid.
● Pay by credit card: you can pay your bills in total peace of mind, ours
systems guarantee you always safe payment.
● Use digital payment methods for expenses related to your Plenitude supplies.
● Activate the direct debit for payment of bills: these will come
then debit directly to your current account. The amount is debited on
same day as the bill expires and you won't have to worry about anything anymore.
● Arrange the payment of bills: you can customize the methods and the plan
installments according to your needs. You will also have the option to pay the installments with
credit card, using digital payment methods or via bulletins
postal.
● Self-reading gas: by self-reading your bill will report the relative costs
to your real consumption, thus guaranteeing you to pay only what you actually use.
● See the history of readings, to keep track of your consumption trends
over time.
