The Door To Door application allows the residents of the Września Commune to use the free transport service - the elderly and the disabled with the need for mobility support.

The door-to-door transport service can be used by:
- people over 75 years of age,
- adults under the age of 75 with a certificate of significant disability in the field of musculoskeletal diseases, neurological diseases and / or eye diseases,
- persons over 18 years of age, requiring mobility support, both with a disability certificate (or equivalent) and without a certificate, but with a real mobility problem.

After creating an account in the application and qualifying for the program, the entitled person will receive a free notification or a card enabling the use of the service on the same day.

The individual door-to-door transport service is provided by the Września Commune as part of the grant competition of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons under the project "Individual door-to-door transport services and improvement of architectural accessibility of multi-family residential buildings".
