Our founder, Daniel Woodhead, with nearly a decade of fine-dining experience, was inspired by the bao—a soft, tender Asian bun that delivers balanced flavors and textures. From Crispy Sriracha Chicken to Crackling Slow Cooked Belly, our bao menu offers something for everyone.
Beyond bao, we serve loaded fries, juicy pork ribs, crispy chicken wings, and the Baodog—a bao-style twist on the classic hotdog. Designed for sharing, our menu invites you to explore and enjoy a variety of flavors with family and friends.
We’ve been recognized for our efforts, winning the People's Choice Award at the British Street Food Awards in 2021. Partnering with Ossett Brewery, we’ve expanded to multiple locations and recently opened our takeaway spot in Kirkburton, bringing our beloved menu to your home.
