Detect device charging, open screen and go to home screen

To perform this function, the following four settings are required from the user:
1. Permission to draw on the app
- Permission required to open the device

2. Background notification permissions
- This is the permission to stand by in the background to always detect the charging status.

3. Set no battery limit
- This is a setting to prevent the device from going into a limited battery state to save battery and failing to detect charging status in the background.

4. Lock screen settings
- To open the device, the lock screen must be set to drag or not set to no security. Because it reduces security, you should set it up on a device that doesn't require security.
