The Seruyan Regency Laboratory and Construction Equipment UPTD was formed in 2017 and has the task of carrying out some operational technical activities and/or supporting technical activities for the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, especially those related to laboratory services and Construction Equipment. These services include services for equipment use, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and construction equipment, procurement of equipment, spare parts and construction equipment, as well as asphalt processing for routine road maintenance purposes. Some of the Construction Equipment managed by UPTD, apart from being used for operations in the Highways Sector, is also rented out to third parties, so that it can contribute to the collection of Regional Original Income (PAD), while the Laboratory's income is obtained from Service Services.
