SmartRes by ERP360 is a limited application that is integrated with the ERP360 Residential Management System to make it easier for residents to obtain billing information, make bill payments, submit complaints and obtain information related to housing. As well as making it easier for managers to organize work checklists and field findings.

Users can access the application using the project code and mobile number which is then verified using an OTP code sent via the user's WhatsApp .
