The Ec-Aktiv project is an integrated software solution designed to manage the complete lifecycle of decoder kits, including satellite parabole, used by customers. This ERP automates and optimizes various aspects related to the management of decoder kits, such as adding new customers, assigning and monitoring kits, and recharging them before their subscription expiration dates.
The ERP system offers advanced planning for migrations and upgrade options, enabling efficient management of configuration changes. It is structured around five types of administrative profiles: Super Admin, EC Agents, Active EC, Resellers, and Recharge Points, each with specific roles and access levels. Additionally, the system includes a dedicated interface for technicians, allowing them to connect and efficiently manage the installation of decoder kits in the field, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced customer satisfaction.
