Independent Contractors(providers) freely choose which requests to fulfill based on their abilities; If Customers(users) need instant service or near future service Independent Contractors(providers) freely choose requests. Customers(users) will hire out Independent Contractors(providers) to run Customers(users) errands via mobile request.
