OdontoSoft - Store tab

The OdontoSoft APP is designed to improve and simplify the workflow and communication between the laboratory and the dental office. Created with different access profiles (Laboratory, Studio, Doctor) and integrated with the OdontoSoft software and the OdontoConnect portal, it provides various functions to have your company under control even on the move.
Dedicated access for laboratory users provides numerous functions including: Company (to consult your company data), Clients (consultation of client data and contact list), Map (location of clients on the map), Consultation of prescriptions (list of all works by period, client, doctor).
Through the customer access, on the other hand, the practice has the possibility of entering and consulting the laboratory data, consulting and downloading its invoices and above all entering processing requests using the OdontoConnect functions. It is possible to enter medical prescriptions by selecting the services on the odontogram, with the possibility of adding .stl files, images, videos and other necessary material. The chat function allows you to add notes and comments on each individual job; a practical and powerful timeline shows the evolution of the situation from job entry, through patient trial to final delivery. The digital file containing the work certifications is shown in the attachments section.
In the laboratory's OdontoSoft management system, the prescription entered from the APP or from the portal, together with all the files entered by the Doctor, will be acquired automatically, ensuring significant time savings in internal procedures. At the end of the process, the certifications produced will be made available to the customer who can easily download them via the APP or via the relevant odontoconnect portal. All orders can be filtered by customer, doctor, period and progress status.
