Escora Tracker allows the position of each participating boat to be sent to an event for viewing in real time or later on a web-based platform.

The organizer assigns each boat a tracking number, which, when entered into the app, allows the boat's position, heading, and speed to be continuously sent.

During races, the app uses a foreground location service to track the boat in real time. This service displays a visible notification to the user and is only activated when a tracking session is initiated. This functionality is essential to ensure accurate and continuous performance monitoring.
