SIAP-e Lingga Regency, the latest Android-based employee application breakthrough for employee discipline. implemented in Lingga Regency Regional Government Organizations. This application will replace the manual attendance process and attendance machines such as fingerprints which are not real time and online, all data will be recorded properly and automatically. Apart from that, this application helps facilitate work assignments and manage employee salaries/other income

Absence:
- Attendance uses photos and realtime location and can be tracked by the Admin or master as well as the Anti-Fake GPS application (fake location)
- Complete attendance details such as hours of absence, work duration and attendance status (on time, late and rejected)
- Admin or Person in Charge can refuse attendance for that day when the photo and location do not match.
- Complete monthly attendance reports. The office can find out the number of attendance, number of absences, how many days late in a month including the percentage of attendance and accumulated lateness.
- Attendance location feature, where the Office can set a maximum area for staff absence locations, so that staff cannot be absent at home and outside the office area

Assignments / Performance
Features that can be used to manage employee work tasks. Work assignment means special tasks other than daily work in accordance with the job description.
- Admin or master can give special tasks to staff (outside of daily work).
- Staff will receive a push notification when there is an incoming task.

- Tasks that are pending and must be processed by staff and turn them into processes. If the task is completed, the employee will change the status until it is completed.
- Each status can be commented on by staff.
- Complete and detailed task reports.

Other Features:
- Multi Factor Authentication function available
- Salary financial feature, with this feature office staff can see their own salary amount through the application for financial details based on attendance

- Report feature, where staff can see monthly attendance reports and work assignments they receive in one month.
- Official News, Announcements and Event Agenda. Staff can see the latest info on the application dashboard regarding the information submitted.
- Management Menu, Master or Admin can add, delete and change staff data via the Application.
